Animation Explosion Begins This Weekend at NW Filmmakers’ Fest

Peppered in between all the conventionally produced films in the 39th NW Filmmakers’ Festival lineup, one can highlight a select number of cinematic goodies that reflect our region’s strong contributions to the animated form.  Of particular note is director Barry Doupé’s feature-length experimental animation The Colors that Combine to Make White are Important, screening on Saturday, November 10th at 4:30.  Those wanting a taste of Doupé’s piece should take a look at this clip.
